The Huntington Beach City School District (HBCSD) is proud to spotlight Dwyer Middle School Registrar Trish Rogan, who has been named a Top Finalist in the School Employee category by Parenting OC Magazine. This recognition celebrates Trish’s outstanding service, dedication, and the meaningful impact she has on the Dwyer school community.

The Parenting OC Magazine Top School Employee awards program honors staff members who consistently go above and beyond their roles, demonstrate exceptional commitment to their schools, and make a lasting difference for students, families, and colleagues. Finalists are nominated by peers and community members who recognize the vital role these employees play in supporting student success.

As Dwyer Middle School’s registrar, Trish is often the first point of contact for families, and she approaches that responsibility with professionalism, compassion, and care. She is known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure students and families feel supported, welcomed, and informed throughout the enrollment process and beyond.

Trish’s work extends far beyond paperwork and procedures. She builds strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members, always leading with kindness and empathy. Her ability to navigate complex situations with grace and positivity makes her an invaluable member of the Dwyer team and a trusted resource for families during important moments in their educational journey.

A special awards event will be held in February to honor finalists and announce category winners. HBCSD congratulates Trish Rogan on this well-deserved recognition and thanks her for the incredible work she does every day in service of students and families at Dwyer Middle School.
